This website is owned and managed by Maria Manuel Moreira. If you send a message, the data controller for that information is me.

2. What data is collected
The only personal data I collect is the information you choose to send me, typically: name, email address and the content of your message. This happens when you use the email link on this site to propose a recruitment opportunity or a project.
I do not run user accounts, newsletters, contact forms that store data on a server, or any service that asks for sensitive personal information.
3. Why the data is collected
Your message is used solely to understand and reply to your proposal — whether it is a recruitment approach, a freelance project inquiry or a collaboration idea. I do not use your contact details for marketing, newsletters or any purpose beyond answering your message.
4. Legal basis
I process your data based on your consent, given when you voluntarily contact me, and on my legitimate interest in responding to professional opportunities related to my work.
5. How long data is kept
Messages are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the conversation and any follow-up. After that, they are deleted or archived in a way that no longer identifies you.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port the data you have sent me. You can also object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email me at write me an email.
7. Third parties
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors move through the portfolio. Analytics data is collected under Google's terms and is not used to identify individuals. The Work Beats page embeds a Spotify playlist; Spotify may set its own cookies when you interact with the player. See the Cookies Policy for more details.
8. Security
The email address on this site is obfuscated to reduce spam. Even so, no internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential information unnecessarily.
